Meet the Provider

Aziichap Tung, PMHNP-BC, MSN

Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner Founder, Novexa Behavioral Health

I’m Aziichap Tung, a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner with a passion for helping adults and older adults navigate life’s emotional challenges with compassion, dignity, and support.
I earned my Master of Science in Nursing from Walden University, where I specialized in psychiatric mental health care. I founded Novexa Behavioral Health to create a safe, stigma-free space where healing is possible and mental wellness is treated as an essential part of overall health. My approach to care is holistic, evidence-based, and culturally sensitive—focused on meeting each client where they are and empowering them toward meaningful transformation.
I was inspired to enter psychiatry by a desire to reduce mental health stigma, especially in communities where silence, fear, and cultural misconceptions often prevent individuals from seeking help. At Novexa, I work not only to treat symptoms but also to normalize mental health conversations, support families and caregivers, and break through barriers that limit access to quality care.
